Support the Florida League Dear Florida League Fans, Friends, Alumni and Supporters, Happy Holidays to you and your family! Today is Giving Tuesday and we are asking for your financial support as we close out 2018. The Florida League is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization which means your contribution is tax deductible. It costs approximately $700,000 to run our six collegiate league teams and all of our development programs each year and Giving Tuesday is one of the ways the Florida League is funded. Other funding comes from grants, sponsorships, fundraising events, game revenue and donations. This year, we celebrated our 15th season! We have remained steadfast in our mission to provide top-level training for college baseball players as well as offering a safe and family friendly community environment at our games. Our community outreach continues to grow as well. Through our FUNraiser program, silent auction donations, and volunteer work, we continue to help many other non-profit and civic organizations in Central Florida raise funds and awareness for their cause. Would you consider contributing to the Florida League for Giving Tuesday today? No matter the amount, any contribution you make will help us further the Florida Leagueâs cause. Your contribution helps us ensure our player fees remain affordable and allows us to provide scholarships for those who canât afford it. Contributions also help us pay for equipment, umpire fees, field rentals, office rent, utilities, stipends for our college internship program and all other expenses that are associated with running the Florida League. If you are not able to support us financially, you can still help. By clicking any of the links below, you can help us expand our digital reach by sharing us through social media. If you have family or friends who might be interested in the Florida League, sharing us with them is priceless. THANK YOU! Yours in Baseball, Stefano Foggi President Florida Collegiate Summer League Federal Tax-ID 20-0921688 SFoggi@FloridaLeague.com Share: |
