Burger King captured a lot of attention last week by announcing it was bringing subscription coffee to its lineup for $5 a month. The goal is to attract commuting customers and help BK capture a bigger piece of its $230 billion annual spend. One small problem with the plan? The BK customers PYMNTS talked to weren’t familiar with Burger King coffee, or sure it was worth a subscription.
