And in New York City, a four-story, townhouse-like penthouse atop a boutique building in the West Village has sailed onto the market for $36.5 million. In addition to a 43-foot-long great room and a top-floor media lounge, the downtown aerie has two large terraces, one with a plunge pool and the other with a hot tub, both with glimpses of the Hudson River.
