Business mail, now paperless The Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) is transitioning to digital mail as a default for businesses. Starting May 12, 2025 for new accounts, and June 16, 2025 for existing accounts, the CRA will deliver most business correspondence digitally via My Business Account. While looking to improve communication efficiency, the shift may pose challenges – especially for businesses not yet registered or facing issues with CRA’s online services.
