10 Simple Ways to Eat Potatoes (or Sweet Potatoes or Yams) 

  1. Baby Gold potatoes (roasted, steamed, boiled) dipped in mustard, Ketchup, Hummus or Salsa

  2. Mashed Potatoes with Fat Free Golden Gravy
