| TRANSFORMING TEL AVIV WITH URBAN RENEWAL |
| The Donitz-Elad group has embarked on one of the largest urban renewal projects in Tel Aviv, constructing a northern complex in the new Tel Aviv Park district. This ambitious project includes 1870 apartments, 300 sheltered housing units, and commercial and business spaces. With the project approved in May, it promises significant development for the southeast of Tel Aviv, offering residents new housing and proximity to extensive green areas of South Park and part of Ariel Sharon Park. |

| VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT RAQUEL PEREZ | FEED ISRAEL VOLUNTEER | TEL AVIV "As a recent immigrant to Israel, I wanted to find a way to connect with my new community and make a positive impact. Volunteering with Feed Israel has been an incredible experience. It has allowed me to meet new people, learn about the challenges facing our community, and contribute in a meaningful way. | ARAB RESIDENTS RUN IN JERUSALEM ELECTIONS |
| Despite longstanding calls by Palestinian activists for a boycott of Jerusalem municipal elections, several Arab residents have recently defied this tradition by presenting their candidacies. Their motivation primarily centers on the necessity to enhance public services and infrastructure in the Arab neighborhoods and villages of Jerusalem. The majority of these Arabs, holding Israeli-issued blue ID cards, are entitled to vote and run in these elections due to their status as permanent residents. Notably, Waleed Abu Tayeh, an Arab Israeli citizen living in east Jerusalem, declared his intent to run in the upcoming elections. Abu Tayeh asserts his participation isn't a recognition of Israel's annexation of east Jerusalem, but a means to better serve Arab residents by addressing concerns like housing and investment deficits. |
