Ten Commandments: A federal judge was hearing arguments today in a lawsuit over the controversial state law requiring public schools to post the Ten Commandments in every classroom. A group of parents sued the state to block the law, claiming it infringes on students’ religious freedom, Patrick Wall reports. Record voting: If early voting is any indication, a lot of folks will be heading to the polls for the Nov. 5 presidential election.
