It was lovely to see some of you IRL last week at our annual Builders conference in Philly. There were so many great conversations, and I learned a ton.

The Columbia-headquartered cyber company’s employees in the region around Israel's main tech hub will now work out of multiple floors in the Landmark TLV Building.

The 250 workers in that area include people focused on research and development projects, as well as several of Tenable’s existing products.

• Under Armour reported a loss of $201.3 million in 2024, and tariffs are adding uncertainty for the Baltimore-based athletic apparel company. The firm opted out of providing a financial outlook for the fiscal year that started in April because of this chaos. [Baltimore Banner]

• Hardcore punk band Turnstile rocked Wyman Park Dell at a free concert on Saturday that also raised at least $35,000 for a local nonprofit. [Baltimore Beat/Healthcare for the Homeless]

• A warehouse fire in West Baltimore called 200 firefighters to the scene early this week, and investigations are underway as to what caused the blaze. The fire displaced residents and caused major delays to Amtrak services and the MARC. [CBS]
