Many are hoping to see Tesla CEO Elon Musk take the wraps off a prototype of the long-awaited robotaxi, but some recent reports have suggested that we might only see renders.

The so-called "Cybercab" is expected to be a fully autonomous vehicle that, according to Musk’s previous comments, will do away with the steering wheel and pedals. According to Bloomberg, the driverless robotaxi will have two front seats and two doors that open upward like “butterfly wings.”

Garmin is being linked with the impending release of a Fenix 8 smartwatch equipped with a MicroLED display, which would be an industry first, Digital Trends reported.

Born of a partnership between Garmin and tech firm Vuzix to develop next-generation nano-imprinted waveguide with MicroLED based displays, documentation has reportedly been uncovered that references a “Fenix 8 MicroLED” model, along with the current Fenix 8 AMOLED models.

MicroLED screens are ideal for smartwatches as they use little power while still providing plenty of contrast, brightness, and dynamic range. Garmin already excels at maximizing the energy efficiency of its batteries ...

Amazon and Apple have announced that the Apple TV+ streaming service will be available via Prime Video later this month. The subscription price is the same — $9.99 a month — and you'll have access to all Apple TV+ content.

Nintendo has created an alarm clock that can track your sleep and even tell when you're still in bed, Digital Trends reported.

The Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo will cost $100 when it widely releases in early 2025, although Nintendo Switch Online members in the U.S. and Canada can preorder it now.

The on-brand Alarmo is round and bright red with a big white button that evokes characters like Mario. A motion sensor monitors whether you're still in bed, so instead of hitting the snooze button to quiet the noise, it'll only stop once you get out of bed (though thankfully there's also a classic mode that lets you hit a button to shut it up) ...
