| Forward-thinking insights and practical solutions | With over 200 top speakers, 17 tracks, and 400 sessions, the ITB Berlin Convention once again provided groundbreaking insights for the future of the travel industry. Key topics included digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) in travel planning, and sustainable business models.
| Particular interest was drawn to the AI Track, which explored the use of artificial intelligence to enhance the customer experience, as well as discussions on the skilled labor shortage and innovative approaches to employee retention. A key highlight was the introduction of the Corporate Culture Clash Track, which addressed the challenges of diversity, work-life balance, and new work models.
