Thank You for Litquake 2015! -- More Lit Crawls Coming!

October 20, 2015 | San Francisco's Literary Festival

That's a Wrap!

Enormous gratitude to all of our authors, sponsors, members, attendees, volunteers, venues, and curating and literary partners, for helping make our 16th year the best festival yet! We could never have done it without your contributions. We live in the most expensive city in the United States, and the fact that we're able to continue bringing you this annual celebration is a direct result of the generous support from many individuals and institutions. Again, our profound thanks for helping keep literature alive and thriving! Check out our growing Facebook gallery of festival highlights, and don't forget to share your favorite photos and memories -- just hashtag as #litquake2015 and #litcrawl2015.

About Litquake

Litquake, San Francisco's annual literary festival, was founded by Bay Area writers in order to put on a week-long literary spectacle for book lovers, complete with cutting-edge panels, unique cross-media events, and hundreds of readings. Since its founding in 1999, the festival has presented more than 6,300 author appearances for an audience of over 132,000 in its lively and inclusive celebration of San Francisco's thriving contemporary literary scene. Litquake seeks to foster interest in literature, perpetuate a sense of literary community, and provide a vibrant forum for Bay Area writing as a complement to the city's music, film, and cultural festivals. 2015 Dates: 10/9-17.
