Experienced employment lawyer Ian Silvers was named the latest partner at Bisnar Chase in 2024. Ian has long been a trusted member of the B|C team, spearheading the firm's employment and class action department.

Ian has made an immense contribution to the firm and to his clients in recent years, with multiple seven-figure recoveries. He specializes in holding employers accountable for workplace violations and securing justice for wronged employees.

Two new attorneys have joined the Bisnar Chase ranks in 2024.

Skilled trial lawyer Eric Chun joined the firm with more than a decade of success under his belt. He is a versatile attorney who handles all types of personal injury cases and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients throughout his career.

Lindsay Graves first became a member of the Bisnar Chase team as a law clerk, learning from outstanding mentors while she completed law school. Having passed the California Bar, Lindsay has progressed to a trusted lawyer at the firm. She is a talented and dedicated representative who has a very bright future at Bisnar Chase.

Eric and Lindsay have already produced excellent results at B|C, and we are delighted to have them on the team.

The Latest Recipients of B|C's Academic Scholarships

Bisnar Chase runs the Branch Out Scholarship program, which awards two deserving students $1,000 toward their education expenses and a donation of $500 to the charity they choose every year.

While it's not a requirement, both of our 2024 winners are aspiring lawyers! Megan Konzen is a military wife attending Harvard Law School, while Emily Philbrook is a student at the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Their impressive essays were chosen from more than 8,000 entries.

On the Road for a Packed Seminar Schedule

At Bisnar Chase, we take our role as industry leaders seriously. Alongside securing top results for our clients, the B|C team has taken part in seminars and events across the U.S. in 2024.

We have run booths and presentations at events for the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), and more. We also run our own webinars throughout the year.

Helping Those in Need With Backpacks 4 Life

We are passionate about helping people throughout our community in Orange County and beyond. One of our longest-running initiatives is called Backpacks 4 Life.

We buy essential supplies, from blankets to water bottles and hygiene kits, pack them into backpacks, and distribute them to those in need. Every year, our staff members volunteer their time to get hundreds of backpacks into the hands of the people who need them most.
