It's got a cup of white rye flavor in it. That changes both the flavor and the texture. It's not bad. Most people liked it. (Read the reviews.) But some don't. So, we don't want to carry it, we're closing it out.
So what does it taste like? It has a hint of white rye flavor, kind of a sourdough-like flavor. I liked it. But I like sourdough, and I like hearty breads.
But I don't want to carry a bread that everyone doesn't like.
