Skate The Lake is a 28 (or 8) mile skate-bike-roll along a portion of the North Lake Tahoe shores starting at Sugar Pine Point Park up to Palisades Tahoe and ending at Common's Beach. The festivities will include live music, tasty food & cold drinks, a silent auction, raffle, and plenty of prizes! B4BC welcomes anyone on wheels of all ages and abilities to join this push for prevention as we raise funds for B4BC's education, prevention and survivorship programs. We'll be kicking off the weekend Saturday, July 23rd with a community celebration at Common's Beach from 12PM-7PM with live music by Chuck Robertson of the Mad Caddies, tasty BBQ by Traeger Grills and ice-cold beverages! Come by to register, bid on some sweet auction items and enter the huge raffle!
Sunday, July 24th we’ll be skate-bike-rolling 28 (or 8) miles around a portion of Lake Tahoe and the Truckee River in honor of those who are or have battled breast cancer. Join us as we collectively push for prevention and raise funds for B4BC's education, prevention and survivorship programs by registering today! All ages and abilities are welcome. There will be three hydration stops along the way starting at Sugar Pine Point Park - Westshore Market - 64 Acres - Palisades Tahoe - finishing at Common's Beach. For those interested in a more mellow cruise we will have an 8 mile drop in at the Palisades Tahoe Village Hydration Stop, snacks + refreshments and shade will be available at 22 Bistro from 12PM-1PM. From here it's an easy push back to the finish line at Common's Beach.
To register, all skaters must fundraise a minimum of $50. Registration will include an event tee, a goodie bag and raffle tickets! But don't stop there! Prizes will be awarded to the top three fundraisers (individual and teams).

If you can't join Skate The Lake in person we welcome you to participate virtually by registering, cruising your local path or trail, and posting to social. Tee shirts will be mailed directly to you and virtual raffle tickets will be awarded for every $10 fundraised. Use the tags @b4bc #skatethelake to be featured on B4BC's channels. A photo contest winner will be chosen on Monday, July 25!
