On Monday, a total solar eclipse will cross North America, a momentary break from the bad news we’ve all be drowning in the past few months. I like Pat Byrnes cartoon in particular, noting how nice a change it will be to know why we’re all plunged in darkness – at least those in the path of the eclipse, as the moon blocks the face of the sun. Unfortunately, the eclipse will only last a few hours. Too bad it couldn’t stick around through the election. Here are our top ten most reprinted cartoons of the week: #1.
