School protests have dominated the headlines this week, as demonstrators have clashed with police at universities across the country attempting to voice their opposition to Israel’s war in Gaza. Two of our most popular cartoons this week were about the protests, both drawn by Chris Weyant. There was also South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem’s bizarre story about shooting and killing her young dog, brazenly told as an example of making the tough decisions.
