COOK THIS NOW If you’re looking for both comfort and refreshment from a drink (and on this particular Memorial Day, that’s a combination I think we’re all looking for), this is the cocktail I suggest. It combines the warm spice of a classic winter tipple with the cooling power of the South’s favorite drink. The recipe says it serves eight, but my quarantine mate and I downed a pitcher of the stuff in just two hours last weekend.
