As I see a bunch of new million dollar raises in tech, I'm reminded just how much of a driver the industry is and could be in the Baltimore economy. Last week, Mayor Scott delivered his State of the City address and touched on many important topics for city residents. Tech and the digital divide were not among them. What's an issue concerning the Baltimore tech economy and/or the digital divide to which you wish to see the city devote more attention?
