Most NFL observers believe Watson will make a decision on Thursday. Until then, everyone is trying to get a read on the situation, and someone in Las Vegas appears to know something about the Watson situation that nobody else does. The Saints' odds to win the Super Bowl curiously plummeted at Caesars Sportsbook as oddsmakers adjusted to the news of Watson's recruitment. Jim Derry has the story. The Saints made one more transactional move on Wednesday, tendering defensive tackle Shy Tuttle, he of the famed Matt Ryan stiff-arm. Amie Just documents all of the comings and goings in our daily Saints free agency tracker. How are the perennially cash-strapped Saints able to afford such a move? It's a question many league observers have asked this week, and beat reporter Amie Just provides the answers in this extensive story on the "Mickey Math" worked this time around. That's all for now, but there's sure to be more news on Thursday and the rest of the week. So make sure you keep checking our Saints' team's coverage at NOLA.com throughout the day for updates. And, as always, thanks for being a loyal reader. Until next time, Jeff Duncan |
