The Annual Canadian Geographic Polar Plunge is back!

IN A BOLD CELEBRATION of Canadian winter spirit, Canadian Geographic, with the support of its charitable arm, the Royal Canadian Geographical Society (RCGS), are thrilled to announce the 4th annual Polar Plunge peer-to-peer fundraising event, set to take place across the country on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

This icy extravaganza invites participants to take a chilly dip for a fantastic cause, raising funds to support critical programming including expedition and research grants, educational programs, and Canadian Geographic’s Explore Podcast.
