Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have released a joint statement after their former nanny detailed their alleged tumultuous relationship before they went their separate ways. The former couple, who share two children together, split in November 2020 – and there's since been tension between the two, with the Ted Lasso actor serving the star custody papers while she was on stage presenting at Cinemacon. But the famous exes are putting up a united front against the unnamed woman who gave an interview to the Daily Mail, claiming Sudeikis found texts between Wilde and her now boyfriend Harry Styles, leaving him heartbroken, and that she was also fired without severance pay. In a joint statement to E! News, Wilde and Sudeikis said: "As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly." They added the nanny launched a "now 18-month long campaign of harassing us, as well as loved ones, close friends and colleagues," and the allegations have "reached its unfortunate apex".
