Brand new and hot off the presses are the PYMNTS/InfoScout quarterly Apple Pay usage and adoption stats – the only study that has consistently tracked how consumers with an iPhone 6/6S use Apple Pay in the stores that take it. Now, 20 months in, Karen Webster says that Apple Pay’s story isn’t about users not knowing how to use it, or confusion over where it’s accepted. Nope.
