And the REAL difference between espresso and coffee

There used to be a line of Kate Spade products ― tote bags, mugs, notebooks, you name it ― emblazoned with the phrase "Eat cake for breakfast," and boy did it call my name. Up through my late 20s, my typical breakfast was a giant wedge of rhubarb pie or a rectangle of leftover carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. But when I became an adult and my body started talking back to me, it was clear I should NOT, in fact, "eat cake for breakfast." But how could I just suddenly quit? Reporter and dessert-lover Lia Picard understands this plight, and she wrote a guide on how to slowly break up with sugar (without giving it up entirely). I think you'll find it considerably less terrifying and daunting than you'd expect, so give it a thought or two this weekend!
