The secretary for ISO 9001 Committee gives an important update on the ISO 9001 revision

ISO 9001, the essential standard for your Quality Management System (QMS) is undergoing a major revision this year.

The last major revision took place in 2000 and there have been significant changes in the way we do business. In order to remain a tool which consistently helps organizations maintain high standards, it has been revised to consider modern industry needs.

We met with Charles Corrie, Secretary for the ISO 9001 Committee who gives an overview of why the changes to ISO 9001 have been made and what they mean for businesses going forward.
