The legend is back, Primavera Weekender is back: next November, once again in Benidorm

Legend has it that even more legends emerged from the first edition of Primavera Weekender. The first weekend of the event at the Magic Robin Hood Resort in Benidorm in November 2019 was supposed to be the starting point for the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Primavera Sound… and it ended up being the only one. But what a celebration it was: some 3000 attendees experienced a weekend in which the concerts shared the limelight with a community party, it was as if somehow we were saying goodbye to something for a while. When it was over, everyone who had been there was clear on one thing: it had to happen again. There was something magical in the atmosphere during that sort of musical camp with unforgettable concerts, lodges, unpredictable alliances and of course legends that will be talked about for years.

And it hasn’t been easy, not easy at all, but finally we have some good news: Primavera Weekender will celebrate its second edition and will do so this year, on November 5th and 6th, in the Magic Robin Hood resort in Benidorm. The spirit will be the same (two nights, some thirty artists, a thousand attendees staying in bungalows on the festival site itself) but the excitement and enthusiasm will be multiplied by a thousand. Taking into account the current restrictions and safety measures at all times, the intention is for Primavera Weekender 2021 to be a festival as similar as possible to what a festival was before the pandemic. We have been working for a long time to make it so.

While waiting for the line up, which will be released soon, the tickets for the festival are now on sale. A ticket that is more than just a ticket: the package includes access to concerts, accommodation for two nights and full board during the weekend.

Two years after, Primavera Weekender will once again be the beginning of many things: the true twentieth anniversary of Primavera Sound… and all the time we want to make up for.
