Today, the Small Business Administration opened up its $349 billion Paycheck Protection Program to companies around the country.

 

The pro: It's offering funding worth two full months of employees' paychecks, which employers don't need to repay as long as they don't lay anybody off. The cons: It's confusing as hell who is eligible to apply and the process by which they can do it.
