View in browser March 11, 2021 Now that the Covid stimulus bill has passed, the Democrats have a few choices as far as what comes next. The House has already passed several pieces of major legislation that the Senate could take up. Most pressing of those is HR 1, the For the American People Act, which would safeguard federal elections and expand voting rights around the country. But, of course, the filibuster looks like it will get in the way.
