We’ve had a few experimental and avant-garde Negroni variants over the last couple of months, and now we are back to a simple classic!
The Death & Co twist is a a simple evolution of the classic Negroni recipe that rebalances the ratios of the ingredients, Adding more weight and intensity to the gin, creating a more pronounced juniper-forward aperitivo. No mezcal or Suze in sight this month!
