Teacher pay: More than a third of Louisiana's public school teachers must work a side job to stay afloat financially, according to a Louisiana Federation of Teachers survey. The survey comes as lawmakers are set to consider Gov. John Bel Edwards' plan to raise teacher pay by up to $3,000. Education reporter Marie Fazio has the story.
