Airbnb investor takes more pricey office space on Park Avenue

A private equity firm that’s one of the backers behind Airbnb is taking some more pricey office space on Park Avenue. General Atlantic, the investment firm founded in 1980 by billionaire philanthropist Charles Feeney, inked a lease to expand by roughly 30,000 square feet at Fisher Brothers’ Park Avenue Plaza, the landlord told The Real Deal. Developer Steve Witkoff revealed as buyer of Sunset Islands home

New York developer Steve Witkoff is the buyer of a waterfront Miami Beach home that sold this summer for $10 million, property records show. Witkoff signed a $6.5 million mortgage for the property at 2805 Lake Avenue. First Republic Bank is the lender. Rex IV LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that is controlled by Witkoff, closed on the property in June.
