The live action starts on Friday as the road to the 2026 World Cup begins for England as they take on Albania (7.45pm, all times GMT), in what will be Thomas Tuchel's first game in charge at the Wembley dugout. It is then off to an early start on Saturday with live updates from Chinese GP qualifying from 6.30am. Later in the day, we'll have updates as Wales take on Kazakhstan in their World Cup qualifier at 7.45pm. We return to Shanghai on Sunday at 6.30am for the F1 Chinese Grand Prix before turning to the third of four matchups this month between Manchester City and Chelsea, this one in the Women's Super League at 2.30pm. It is also the Women's Six Nations opening weekend as England host Italy from 3pm.
