| Good morning. It's Thursday. It'll be mostly rainy across the state from the southwest in the morning into the Twin Cities and across central and southern Minnesota during the day. Highs in the 40s to mid-50s. Yesterday was the 12th consecutive day of fewer than 1,000 new COVID-19 cases in the state. Prizes for people who get vaccinatedLater today Gov. Walz will announce incentives in an attempt to get more people vaccinated for COVID-19, including Minnesota State Fair tickets, state park passes and fishing licenses. The first 100,000 people to get vaccinated between Memorial Day and the end of June will be eligible to pick winnings. Vaccinations continue to climb here, but at a much slower pace than in the early months of the initial vaccine campaign. Currently 64 percent of Minnesotans 16 and older have at least one shot, and the state's goal is 70 percent by July 1.
