I knew the only solution would be to find a kitten to replace the feline that was missing. At a visit to a local Amish farm, I spied an orange-and-white kitten meandering around the outbuildings. Seeing her reminded me of my quest for a new cat, so I asked my friend if she had any new kittens available. "You can take that one." She nodded to the marbled kitten.
