A Utah theme park is reportedly taking legal action against singer Taylor Swift for the title of her evermore album.

According to Sky News, the owners of Evermore Park in Pleasant Grove, Utah, are seeking millions of dollars in damages, alleging that Taylor is guilty of trademark infringement.

In the lawsuit filed against the star, the owners claim they had spent millions on the park since establishing it in 2018, the publication reports. The suit also claims that Taylor confused park visitors, negatively affecting their search engine results and merchandise, writes The Guardian.
