2022 skillz

Happy Friday, folks. As we face down the end of one calendar year and look toward the start of the next, I'm wondering: What's a professional skill you hope to develop in 2022? "Skill" doesn't need to be technical, though I welcome responses like "learn Python." You might aim to become a more resilient manager (in which case, tell me what that means) or to set better work-life boundaries ("do less" is quite valid).

We all have something we want to get better at. What's yours? Reply to this email to share, for a story I'm working on.

P.S. Remember that Technical.ly is always looking for guest posts from experts and enthusiasts alike. Want to share your insight on industry trends, entrepreneurship or the local tech community? Find some guidelines here.
