You may remember the headlines when the new owner of the old Chase Bank in the Four Corners area of Lafayette tried to reopen as a gas station. Now comes another new owner of a building with similar plans only a block away. The former Flowers Etc. building was sold over the summer, and the buyer wants to open a gas station there as well.
