Dear John, Wow. What a few days makes. A week ago, when I started to report on the problem with coronavirus testing, questioning germ theory, as well as the downsizing of fatality rates, I experienced a surprising level of push back. I was starting to wonder if it was too late to have meaningful discussion about a topic that literally has ushered in medical martial law throughout a good portion of the world. I did this livestream in order to respond directly to many of your concerns,as well as to provide a modicum of guidance, which I am happy to say was attended by almost 3,000 people live, and who left over one thousand encouraging comments (THANK YOU!) Today, I'm happy to report that various mainstream media outlets can't help but to validate many of our points, such as today's Wall Street Journal article titled, "Is the Coronavirus As Deadly as They Say?", which states: "Current estimates about the Covid-19 fatality rate may be too high by orders of magnitude." Here's another example of courageous critical thinking from the UK, where presently they are on near total lockdown. Considering the fact that, at present, billions around the world are being detained in their homes due to what are perhaps greatly exaggerated and hyped fatality numbers, these are not simply questions of academic nature. These mandatory quarantines are having devastating impacts on the socioeconomic, psychological, and physical well-being of already law-abiding and healthy individuals. There are strongly positive epidemiological associations between unemployment a wide range of adverse health effects; a 2015 study found that men experience up to an 85% increased risk of all-cause mortality following losing their jobs. Moreover, a 2020 Lancet study on the “Psychobiological effects of quarantine and how to reduce it,” found that “most of the adverse effects come from the imposition of a restriction of liberty.” The study noted: “Separation from loved ones, the loss of freedom, uncertainty over disease status, and boredom can, on occasion, create dramatic effects. Suicide has been reported, substantial anger generated, and lawsuits brought following the imposition of quarantine in previous outbreaks.” These effects, as measured by increased morbidity and mortality, are likely to exceed those attributed to the theoretical risks of COVID-19 exposure. In the US, serious questions about the legality and Constitutionality of the extreme emergency powers being invoked are emerging. As a constitutional republic, elected officials have an obligation to uphold the civil liberties and constitutional rights of its citizens, as well as the public’s health. These can not be sacrificed or exchanged for one another. Mandatory government quarantines and/or indefinite detainment without due process violate our Constitutionally protected civil liberties. Not only will this order put many thousands out of work, but it violates 1) the Contracts Clause of the Constitution which prohibits the states from interfering with lawful contracts, such as leases and employment agreements. 2) the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits the states from interfering with life, liberty or property without a trial at which the state must prove fault. 3) The Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment requires just compensation when the state meaningfully interferes with an owner’s chosen lawful use of his property. 4) The protection in the First Amendment of the right to associate and the judicially recognized right to travel – both of which are natural rights. As described by Judge Neopalitano, “Taken together, these clauses reveal the significant protections of private property in the Constitution itself. Add to this the threat of punishment that has accompanied these decrees and the fact that they are executive decrees, not legislation, and one can see the paramount rejection of basic democratic and constitutional principles in the minds and words and deeds of those who have perpetrated them.” Consider with me for a moment that these emergency powers allow for the detainment of anyone on mere suspicion of exposure to someone tested positive, or suspected to be positive is a civil rights violation. On March 22nd, it was reported that the Justice Department secretly asked Congress for the ability to ask chief judges to detain people indefinitely without trial during emergencies. Anyone who cares about their basic human, parental, and civil rights, should be concerned about these developments, in my opinion. Please join me in supporting Stand For Health Freedom, a non-profit 501c4 dedicated to preserving and supporting your basic rights. We'll be launching a campaign on YOUR behalf soon! I don't like to do this, but feel it is necessary, to ask for your support in this trying time. The costs of simply sending you a free daily newsletter has risen to $7100 a month, as we have over 300,000 active subscribers and as a daily email send over 100 million emails a year. After the CDC Foundation Funding Partner Mailchimp deplatformed us suddenly in May, 2019, for speaking truthfully about the unintended, adverse harms of vaccines, as well as the mandatory vaccination agenda (the dark reality of which we will all be experiencing in the near future unless we assert our Constitutionally protected civil liberties), we have had to dig deep to find alternative platforms and to meet the rising costs of keeping you informed, without charge. That's why we would love your support either as one-time donors, or as members. If you can't afford to, we totally understand. Thank you to everyone who has, or is contributing, to make it possible for others to access our information! Warm regards Sayer Ji, Founder of GreenMedInfo.com. |
