We have a few suggestions for dinner tonight: These juicy, double-stacked chicken-and-mushroom burgers are a guaranteed hit, though we also adore these easy, lemony fish kebabs. The most important thing you’ll grill today, though, is a pile of zucchini and eggplant. Don’t eat those vegetables—yet! They’re for tomorrow, when you’ll chop them up to make this simple pasta supper.
