By now we know the basic rules for wearing face masks, like making sure they fit over your nose and mouth. But what about when we're not using them? Reporter Kelsey Borresen asked experts about the proper way to store face masks. (Admittedly, I've been doing this all wrong.)

Got a spare minute? Use it to change your life. Our "A Minute And Change" series will help you become happier, healthier and more productive by doing one thing a little differently. This week's tip comes from Lauren Donelson, a writer and yoga teacher, on how to stick with a journaling routine as a way to release stress:
Try to write whatever is on your mind even if it doesn’t make sense. Set a timer, put pen to paper and just let the words flow out without judgment. This writing isn’t meant to be "good" writing. You don’t even have to re-read it if you don’t want to! The point is to just get whatever is in your head out onto the page. I suggest starting with five or 10 minutes a day. If you enjoy it, go for 20 minutes. |
