REDS vs LIONS...A SPECTACLE 12 YEARS IN THE MAKING

There is nothing like the thrill of a British & Irish Lions tour and the Queensland Reds get to make their statement at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday night.

Fullback Jock Campbell will lead a Reds side with nine Wallabies and two All Blacks aboard, including Kiwi prop Aidan Ross who will be making his Queensland debut.

The Lions have named a powerful side led by captain Maro Itoje and scheming flyhalf Finn Russell.

There are still tickets available with more than 46,000 already sold for one of the games of the year.

Members of the 1971 Queensland team, which upset the Lions 15-11, will be guests at the game.
