The Poarch Band of Creek Indians puts on a spectacular event!

Now in its 51st year, The Poarch Band of Creek Indians will celebrate its Annual Thanksgiving Pow Wow on Nov. 23 and 24, and you’re invited! “Pow Wow is our biggest event of the year, and one we look forward to celebrating! It is a wonderful opportunity for us to share more about our vibrant culture, rich tradition, as well as our history with those visiting”, said Stephanie Bryan, Tribal Chair of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. The event is a two-day homecoming that features the Tribe’s rich cultural heritage. The dance competition is a can’t-miss event that draws crowds from all over to Atmore.
