From Cameron Art Museum Executive Director Heather Wilson |
Dear Friends of Cameron Art Museum,
I am beyond honored to accept this position as Executive Director of Cameron Art Museum. Over the past 16 years I have worked, first in the development office and then as Deputy Director, to grow CAM’s commitment to community engagement, emphasizing diversity, access, and inclusivity. Art is a common language, something that can bring us together across lines of difference and help us to find empathy and understanding. I look forward to serving you as the next Executive Director of Cameron Art Museum.
We have many exciting things in store in the coming weeks and months, but I hope first that you will join us for a celebratory drink and a toast to this new era at Cameron Art Museum on Thursday, June 22 at 5:30 pm in CAM Café as we open the new exhibition, Love. Let’s honor our past while raising a glass to our future, together.
