Dear Members,

Gentlemen, today is your last chance to join in our Men's Whiskey Night on Wednesday, November 30! Learn from a whiskey expert and sample a variety of premium whiskies paired with delicious kitchen creations. RSVP via email or by calling 285-0101 by the end of the day.

Celebrate the season with us this Friday, December 2, at the Holiday Happy Hour featuring live music from Brian Congdon, an ugly sweater contest, sales in the Golf Shop and the opportunity to help a worthy cause. The Children and Family Urban Movement is a local non-profit organization based in the River Bend and King Irving areas of Des Moines which supports the potential of children, youth and families through educational success, healthy living, and community engagement with a particular emphasis on literacy programs. We will be accepting donations of books for elementary school reading levels, back packs, yoga mats, and cash or check donations on behalf of CFUM. Stop by the Terrace Room on Friday to have a great time and support a good cause!

Finally, with the golf course closed for the season we will begin our winter schedule. This means the Golf Shop and Terrace Room will be closed on Sundays and Mondays except for publicized member events. The Club Office will remain open Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. We hope to see you around the Club this winter!
