Return of tilapia: Invasive and hungry, farmed tilapia escaped from a corporate retreat near Port Sulphur nearly 20 years ago. Despite a massive eradication effort in 2009, scientists have made an unsettling discovery: Tilapia are back. Alex Lubben has the fascinating story behind these troublesome fish. Out of ballots: The Crescent Soil and Water Conservation District dates back to the Dust Bowl and its past elections have garnered no more than 200 votes. But unusual interest in this weekend's election ended with the district running out of ballots long before polls were supposed to close.
