| PayProTec Friends & Family, First, I hope this email finds you and your loved ones happy and healthy as we all prepare for the most special time of year. Nothing prepares the heart for opportunity like the holiday season and our PPT family truly wishes something magical for you in 2023 and beyond. I wouldn't be able to rest without sending you this heartfelt apology. The last several days have been something we have never had to endure in the 20+ years PayProTec has served our merchant base. The outages, delays, and technical difficulties you have experienced are inexcusable. They are not what we stand for as a service-minded organization. Thank you for taking the difficult calls and thank you for trusting us even when you questioned why you should. Please know that we know what happened this week is simply inexcusable. I want to make sure that point gets across. The good news is our product is now 3x-4x faster and stronger. Sometimes pain can produce instant results when the previous "status quo" would have taken months. As we look forward to serving you and your clients, we just wanted to make sure we took the time to send our apologies. Sometimes saying you're sorry is the hardest thing to do. We all know there is no better team celebrating the good times than the team here at PayProTec. We also know we have to be willing to wear the other hat as well. Here's to more good times than bad. If the last 20 years are an indicator of the next 20, we will all be blessed! We love and appreciate our partnership with each and every one of you. We look forward to a successful 2023 working Together. THANK YOU. Blessings, Matt Hoskins Founder/CEO
