Living in a Different World Colin Burrow discusses Ilya Kaminsky's Dancing in Odessa and his latest collection, Deaf Republic. Of the latter, he writes, "It’s a sequence of lyrics, arranged as a drama, about events in the fictional town of Vasenka.
