Tofu Time!

As Meat Sales Drop, Tofu Sales Spike I was going to start with a joke about tofu but I thought my editor Melissa might object, it's really tasteless.   Instead, I will note that in this time of crisis, tofu is having a moment. It's cheap, it's yummy, and a good cook like my wife Kelly does amazing things with it. Katherine lists a lot of reasons to love the stuff, and reminds us that those fancy new meat substitutes are highly processed, full of additives, and cost three times as much.
