He recommends a three-part strategy that involves acknowledging the bad habits, replacing them with better ones and setting boundaries on the unproductive activities. 4 companies try 4 different work models Companies are experimenting with various work models as they move away from a rigid 9-to-5 in-office culture, including four companies that are trying different ways of working. "If they need to collaborate with colleagues, it's probably best to meet up in the office, but if they need some quiet time to buckle down on an urgent task with a deadline, perhaps working from home is best," said Arne-Christian van der Tang, TomTom's chief HR officer. U.S. Soccer offers single pay structure for women, men

The U.S. Soccer Federation has announced it will be offering identical contract proposals to the players' unions of the women's and men's national teams to help address equal pay concerns. The federation said in a statement that it "firmly believes that the best path forward for all involved, and for the future of the sport in the United States, is a single pay structure for both senior national teams."
