Partner Carrier Boards

In addition to our off-the-shelf carrier boards, we have a large ecosystem of partners which provide carrier boards compatible with the Colibri or Apalis System on Modules.

These boards come with a wide range of supported I/Os and sizes. Few notable features of some of the carrier boards include: 8x RS-485, 8x RS-422, Power Over Ethernet (PoE), Dual Ethernet ports, 12 channel 4-20 mA Inputs, Display integration, and many more.

RIMAC Automobili's Concept One is an ultra-fast electric super car. RIMAC chose Qt & Toradex as they provided a true ‘out-of-box’ experience to create one of the most advanced In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems & instrument clusters in the market. The car uses several Apalis SoMs.

SCEWO stairclimbing wheelchair from ETH Zurich using Toradex at Embedded World 2017

SCEWO is a stairclimbing wheelchair equipped with a Toradex Apalis iMX6 SoM - born from a master’s degree thesis from Zurich University (ETH), which demonstrates what can be done using Toradex Computer on Modules (CoMs) in safety-critical applications.
