New release: V1.5b4 Windows Embedded Compact image and BSP for Vybrid-based modules

Key features include the addition of the latest Microsoft updates for Windows CE 6.0 (June 2017), Windows Embedded Compact 7 (June 2017) and Windows 2013 (August 2017); added support for ONFI; improved USB stability and migration of GPIO boot configuration to new libraries.
